Cricket Master Class

This my gift to the world. The  above video (if you can be bothered to watch it for it is a little long even though I appear in it) can be considered a masterclass on VHS. Not only do I demonstrate that in terms of technique one shot is all you need but also I describe why it is important to have neutral umpires at all times!

Just ignore the bleating of my ex wife. And before you say it i had given up cricket long before she left so ya boo sucks to you! Towards the end, the crowd are getting a little restless too. The crowd in this case was my 6 month old son, his Grand parents (playing with the rattle) and my other half.

Firstly I would like to point out that the first three strokes I play are in fact the same shot. The outcome couldn't have been more different. The ball splayed out all over the shop in the first 2 shots and the third came down with snow on, it went so high.

Lastly there is an incident of an attempted run out of which I was the victim. My recollection was that I was out by a country mile but as it was our umpire it was naturally a not out decision.

Well enjoy. I did.
