It is high time I weigh in with my opinion on the race to the White House
VOTE OBAMA YOU KNUCKLEHEADS
There! It just needed to be said that's all. I was going to try and write some erudite piece eschewing the ideas and views of Mitt Romney but on the first website I went to in the hope of finding some pertinent information on his campaign I was quickly distracted by a news story about a salacious wardrobe malfunction of a current contestant on the BBC's Strictly Come Dancing
As a straight bloke, and not in a steady relationship I don't have to watch this sort of Saturday evening junk. Although it is interesting that Bruce Forsyth was ruling the Saturday evening schedules with the Generation Game way back in the Seventies too.
My money is on Colin Salmon. He is one of those actors that you instantly recognise but you can never remember where from. He appears in one of my favourite horror films Resident Evil. Now before you say it I know it really has zero plot. Beautiful Lady plus SWAT team armed to the teeth and a research facility stuffed to the gills with flesh eating Zombies and they all die - except the lady. But I still think it is a classic of the genre. A pointless blood fest.
So where was I?
This really is my point. How good or important can a man's election campaign be if I can have my attention high jacked so easily? therefore:
VOTE OBAMA YOU DUMMIES!
I guess the US's track record is not so great. They voted in Tricky Dicky (Nixon) and Bush junior TWICE!
It's in the bag for Romney then.
